Emotional Regulation
Emotional Regulation is such an important aspect of every day life, we make it an integral part of our therapy. We use the Interoception Curriculum along with a combination of other well-known programs, including Slumberkins, Zones of Regulation, Generation Mindful, and Little Spot, we give your kids the tools they need to deal with big emotions in a positive way.
Handwriting
We identify the underlying causes to why handwriting is difficult for your child such as difficulties with processing visual information, hand and overall weakness, or motor coordination issues. We then work on specific goals that fit your child’s needs. Because we use evidence-based approaches, such as The Size Matters Handwriting Program, we can track the progress of your child’s handwriting skills as they become confident writers.
Autism
We use the Learn Play Thrive approach to help your child embrace what makes them special while giving them the tools they need to become more independent and gain important skills.
Scissors
The Cutting Program is a structured way to work on scissor skills by meeting your child at their current skill level. Progressively building on those skills, your child will gain confidence in their own scissor skills.

Our Physical Therapy Services
Movement Strategies
Pediatric physical therapists use movement strategy and gait training to improve children’s walking patterns and overall mobility. Through targeted exercises and activities, they help kids develop efficient, stable movement techniques, enhancing their ability to navigate various environments and perform daily tasks independently.
Strength
Our physical therapy services utilize strength-building exercises to improve children’s functional abilities. Therapists design fun activities that target core, leg, and arm muscles, enhancing stability, mobility, and coordination for daily tasks and developmental milestones.
Balance
Physical therapy uses balance exercises to improve stability and body awareness. Therapists employ activities like standing on one foot, walking on uneven surfaces, and core strengthening to enhance children’s ability to maintain equilibrium during daily tasks.
Coordination
Therapists use coordination and motor planning exercises to improve children’s ability to sequence and execute movements efficiently. Through targeted activities, they help kids develop smoother, more controlled actions, enhancing their performance in daily tasks and physical activities.
